“Sleep is non-negotiable. That's when your body repairs itself and your mind resets. Without proper rest, even the best workout and nutrition plans lose their effectiveness,” he says.
To support his overall well-being, Bajwa also incorporates supplements such as ashwagandha and magnesium into his routine. He believes they help him maintain calmness, energy, and balance amid a demanding professional schedule.
