Ayush Gupta, founder of Anannt Oorja Safar alongside co-founder Yogini Aarvika Gupta, has dedicated over a decade to spiritual healing, holistic wellness, Reiki, energy healing, consciousness coaching, numerology, and tarot mentoring. His latest initiative seeks to bridge ancient wisdom with contemporary lifestyles, creating meaningful impact on individual and collective well-being.

“Anannt Oorja Safar was founded with the vision of making holistic healing accessible, authentic, and practical for everyone. It was created as a platform where ancient wisdom meets modern living,” Gupta explained. The organization’s core objectives include promoting preventive wellness, raising awareness about energy healing, empowering people through self-healing techniques, introducing meditation and emotional wellness programs in educational institutions and workplaces, and fostering a global community committed to inner transformation and world peace.

Looking toward the future, Gupta envisions building one of the world’s most respected holistic wellness ecosystems. His ambitious plans encompass expanding Reiki and holistic wellness education internationally, establishing dedicated wellness centers and retreat spaces, launching structured Garbh Sanskar and Conscious Conception programs, partnering with schools, universities, corporates, and government bodies, and scaling the Healing for World Peace movement into a truly global initiative. Central to this vision is training thousands of certified healers capable of creating positive societal change.

Gupta remains optimistic about Reiki’s growing acceptance in India. “Today, people are increasingly seeking natural, preventive, and holistic approaches to well-being. As awareness of mental health, stress management, emotional wellness, and conscious living continues to grow, Reiki is emerging as a valuable complementary wellness practice,” he noted. He predicts that the coming decade will see Reiki integrated more widely into homes, schools, corporate wellness programs, and healthcare settings.

The rising demand, according to Gupta, stems from a significant shift in public mindset. “Awareness has grown significantly over the past few years. Earlier, people generally approached healing only when facing serious health or emotional challenges. Today, more individuals are embracing holistic wellness proactively, for stress management, emotional balance, personal growth, preventive health, and overall well-being,” he observed. While more work remains to broaden awareness, the overall direction toward holistic health is encouraging.

When asked about the role of social media in expanding the reach of healing practices, Gupta offered a balanced view. “Absolutely. Social media has democratised access to knowledge and wellness. It has enabled genuine healers to educate, inspire, and connect with people across geographical boundaries,” he said. However, he also stressed the importance of responsibility. “At the same time, it places a responsibility on practitioners to share authentic, ethical, and responsible content. When used mindfully, social media has become one of the most powerful tools for spreading awareness about holistic healing, conscious living, and personal transformation.”

Ayush Gupta’s work through Anannt Oorja Safar represents a thoughtful fusion of traditional healing modalities with modern needs. By focusing on accessibility, education, and global community building, he is positioning holistic wellness as an essential component of contemporary life rather than an alternative.

As interest in preventive health and emotional well-being continues to rise, initiatives like the Healing for World Peace movement could play a meaningful role in fostering both individual transformation and broader societal harmony. Gupta’s vision offers an inspiring roadmap for how ancient practices can find renewed relevance in addressing today’s challenges.
