Devotional film Bolo Radhe Radhe, highlighting Radha-Krishna bhakti and cow protection, will start shooting in Mathura-Vrindavan during Baisakhi. The Ravi Bhatia-directed film aims for a global release in 2027.
Mumbai: A new wave of devotional cinema is on the horizon as the makers of Bolo Radhe Radhe gear up to begin principal photography in the sacred land of Mathura and Vrindavan. The upcoming film promises to weave together the timeless devotion of Radha-Krishna, the rich cultural heritage of Braj, and a powerful message of cow protection.
The project has already sparked considerable interest among devotees and cinema enthusiasts, both in India and abroad. Followers of Sanatan culture from the United States, London, Mauritius, Australia, and New Jersey have expressed keen enthusiasm for the film even before the cameras roll.
Filmmaker Ravi Bhatia, who is writing and directing the project, revealed that the story has been shaped through extensive research involving scholars, spiritual leaders, and experts on the Bhagavad Gita. The film aims to present an emotionally engaging narrative that goes beyond entertainment, focusing on compassion, service, devotion, and moral responsibility.
“Bolo Radhe Radhe will beautifully blend Braj culture with elements of the Awadhi language, offering audiences an authentic spiritual and cultural experience,” Bhatia shared.
The film is being produced under the Rev Media banner with support from the Gaumata Seva Forum. The ceremonial launch and the commencement of shooting are scheduled to take place during the auspicious festival of Baisakhi in Mathura-Vrindavan.
